MIKE FONG
Mike Fong is a community leader and former Community College Trustee who has represented portions of the San Gabriel Valley in the State Assembly since 2022. As our Assemblymember, Mike has secured new funding for projects in our district and authored important legislation to help local schools and small businesses. He’s working to create more good-paying local jobs, address climate change, and ensure safe neighborhoods.
Dear Friends,
California is the greatest state in our nation, but far too many of our neighbors are still struggling. I ran for State Assembly because I want to help our communities by solving problems, both big and small. From constituents who need help with state services, to challenges like rising homelessness, climate change, and keeping our neighborhoods safe.
As your State Assemblymember, I am working hard every day to deliver results for the San Gabriel Valley and serve as the responsive and attentive advocate our district deserves. I’d be honored to earn your vote and continue serving our communities in the Assembly.

ABOUT THE
49TH ASSEMBLY DISTRICT
California’s 49th Assembly District encompasses all or part of nine cities, including Alhambra, Arcadia, El Monte, Monterey Park, Rosemead, San Gabriel, San Marino, South Pasadena, and Temple City. It also includes the unincorporated communities of North El Monte, East Pasadena, East San Gabriel, and South San Gabriel.
